Patricia Steele, Ph. D., is the Principal and Founder of Higher Ed Insight (HEI), a research and strategy firm established in 2010 in Washington, DC. Patricia has over 20 years of experience supporting federally funded, foundation-supported, and cross-institutional research initiatives. She has extensive background serving as a principal evaluator, research advisor, and strategic partners to hundreds of grant teams, with deep expertise in proposal development, evaluation design, logic models, research questions, compliance-aware project planning, and post-award learning. Patricia earned her PhD in education policy and leadership from the University of Maryland, College Park.
